BEST. Western Plus Hotel Alfa Aeroport

“My wife and I had a great study at the Hotel Alfa Aeropuerto Barcelona. What I most enjoyed about it was the short and efficient distance to the airport (less than four miles) and the generally gracious staff across the board. The rooms are practical and have all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. We stayed in a room on the side of the hotel that faces a rather busy road which leads to the "zona franca" (the industrial and logistics hub located between the Port of Barcelona and the airport). This means that if your a very, very light sleeper you might want to ask to be assigned a slightly quieter side. The room worked fine for us so it wasn't an issue. Overall, this was a great stay and the price was a significantly dramatic savings compared to lodging closer to the city center. I especially commend the great front and housekeeping staff for a wonderful stay. Dina at the front desk was a delight when we arrived. We're appreciated her caring and sincere demeanor. Although the restaurant prices are a little steep, the wait staff were pleasant. Overall, I'd give it a solid four.”

“The hotel itself was very lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. However, the hotel is located on a busy road, with a lot of traffic even at night, which made it quite noisy. The gym was small but well-maintained and pleasant to use. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection. On the downside, the restaurant menu was overpriced for what was offered, and the options were not particularly appealing. Overall, a nice hotel with good facilities, but the noise and restaurant could be improved.”

“This is my second stay here. The Bus shuttle is complimentary and very convenient. I took an early morning flight, and you can request the shuttle at the reception. The rooms are comfortable and equipped for a short stay. The restaurant stays open at least until midnight, making it ideal for late arrivals. Manuel is very friendly and will enhance your stay by assisting with any questions or requests.”

“Manuel (at reception) was so kind and helpful. He walked me through directions to get to central Barcelona (which was so easy; the bus is in front of the hotel). The day I was checking out, he brought me a coffee while I waited for the airport shuttle and gave my son crayons and a coloring sheet. So thoughtful! I would stay here again. The room was clean and I didn’t have any issues!”

“Such an awesome great best choice among many other hotels of similar price I selected this time due to sudden flight change to on board the next day! This Best Western Alfa in Barcelona takes care of what the guests need most: free shuttle bus to and from airport (with Wi-Fi inside), a great warm strong shower with portable shower head and over the head, big TV screen, big long mirror, big king size bed, great breakfast with lots of choices, 24-hour minimart for water, super cosy and quiet, most of all and most important, all the staff have been super warm and helpful and professional in their own roles! Definitely more worth than it's priced and definitely will recommend and stay again next time in Barcelona”
